Bucharest Dialogues – Scenario building: methods, approaches and aplications for higher education

The event is part of a set of 10 collaborative workshops (Mutual Learning Workshops) organized to develop and clarify fundamental foresight concepts.

The workshops are structured in two sections:

- clarifying the fundamental foresight concepts;

- applying the concepts in “Quality and Leadership for Romanian Higher Education” project framework.

At the event have participated foreign experts recognized in the foresight community and experts on higher education system.

The event took place at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Virgil Madgearu hall, 6, Romana Square, district 1, Bucharest between 30th of October and 1st of November 2009.
